This week has been extremely slow.. probably because everyone is still trying to adjust to the Ramadan schedule. I keep thinking today is Wednesday! I need to be on track for all my appointments. I have a dentist appointment on Thursday.. and I thought I would never see a dentist’s face again after I remove my braces but wrong! ughhh.. apparently I have seven cavities that need filling!! 7!?! Im not even kidding. The doctor said its common to have cavities when you’ve had braces on, so all brace-faces be careful!

And then I have another Laser appointment on the 13th. As always, tons of salon reservations have to be made. I’m always in charge of making salon reservations for myself, my sisters and my mom. I’ll have to take care of those very soon *takes mental note*

Anywayyys, about two weeks ago was my bestie’s birthday and at work my friends and I decided to throw her a mini party. We got gifts, flowers.. & cupcakes!! I was totally clueless as to what to get her but Shoosh gave me this wonderful idea to order some yummmmmmmmy Sprinklez cupcakes =9 I was ecstatic that they can deliver to AD since they are based in Dubai. So I gave them a call and I chose a mixed selection of sponges with custard, strawberry jam, chocolate and dark chocolate fillings.. aaahhhh they were simply diiiiviiiiiiiiine!

Everyone loved them and the birthday girl was so happy which is most important. Wow. Is it okay to post all these cupcake pics in Ramadan? =s oops!

That weekend I went out with my cousins and my sister for dinner at The Meat Co. in Shangri-La =) it was my second ever steak experience (my first was at Fudd’s) and I loved it. The place was great and by the end of the night the staff went crazy and started singing some south african songs and going all around the restaurant dancing and drumming!! haha! I had so much fun and will definitely be going there again.

Why do I keep talking about FOOD? I should stop. Oh hey – its Um elBanat time!! Later!
