I must say – life is a whole lot easier once you have the perfect jeans. Seriously! specially for people like yours truly who literally reside in their jeans lol. I picked up 2 pairs of jeans from Stradivarius about a month ago because I was thrilled that they carried my size. Which is UK 32 / US 0. I noticed a lot of stores are now carrying size zero now which makes enory a happy girl, yes yes :) And for once, I finally found a pair of skinny jeans that do not make me look horribly… skinny? lol. I never got into the skinny jeans craze because they’d either never fit or make my legs look like sticks >_< but these were just fine and Im glad I dont have to wear belts anymore!

With that being said, happy belated eid to all and wish everyone had a wonderful long holiday!

As for me, I got hit by a major flu riiight on the first day of eid! I had to wakeup with my head feeling like a ton over my shoulders, my eyes tearing up and my nose blocked. I took Panadol Cold & Flu first thing in the morning just to keep myself going until lunchtime.
But thats alright, nothing a little concealer cant hide ;) Plus the Chanel necklace which made me feel like a million bucks! lol.. Other than the flu, everything else was okay!

— everything except my hair *frown* I was initially planning to get my roots fixed and get some highlights done. My appointment was at Pace e Luce cuz I’ve heard glowing reviews about them and I couldnt wait to give them a try. Howeverrr I did some last minute changes and went to House of Beauty instead because my cousins were not very fond of their results at Pace e Luce (their appointment was a day before mine). So I went there and told them what I wanted, and they dye my entire head?! I mean like all of my hair not just the roots. Isnt the dye supposed to be at the roots only when you ask for getting your ROOTS done?.. anyways, that wasnt the real issue, until the lady gave me the most horrible highlights ever. I asked for just a shade lighter than my base color. Not BRIGHT copper blonde! EWWW! So I demanded that she fixes it right away. And she goes “laiiish kteer 7lo 3laikee” and bla bla but there was no way I was walking out with that color. And so there she goes and dyes my hair all over again. Ugh. I was mad because I worked so hard on making my hair healthier and avoiding any more damage… but 2 hair dyes in the same day is not good at all..!

So winter is getting very very close. I wake up everyday for work at 5:30. In the summer the sun would be up by that time but now it would still look dark out the window. When I started working in November it would stay dark way until I reached my office. It was like driving in the middle of the night. I actually miss that! But Im not ready for cold weather. Mostly because I hate being cold, but also because Im so obsessed with bronzer that I cant let go of the bronzed look yet =P I recently bought Chanel Sun Illuminator (Bronze Universel de Chanel) and its by far my favorite bronzer.. its like a solid cream-gel formula, extremely easy to apply, doesnt get cakey or blotchy, doesnt look orangey, and has a nice smell too! I used it for eid & it looked amazing. The SA told me it is being discontinued and that I got the last piece available but I think she might have been mistaken cuz its still up on the Chanel website. Besides, I dont believe anything SA’s say anyway!
